After undergoing a complete in home renovation, my last step was windows and doors. I researched 3 companies and decided on Arctic Vinyl. I had 7 Windows and 2 doors replaced. We had an outstanding experience with Arctic Vinyl and couldn’t be happier with the results. We ultimately chose Arctic Vinyl because of their high-quality products, the positive Google reviews we had seen, our previous experience with Mykola, an expert installer who helped us install our windows back in 2023, and the fact that there was no pressure throughout the process.
Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He helped us explore many door options until we found the perfect one.
Delivery and installation were right on schedule. Mykola and his team were punctual, professional, and went the extra mile by removing and saving our old door hardware, and also reinstalling
our Ring doorbell.
We absolutely love our new front door—the colour is custom Sandalwood 411—and it met and exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the entire Arctic Vinyl team!
I have no doubt I would contact Arctic Vinyl for any future work and would happily provide my recommendations to others.
